When you sign up, Black Flower Social stores your email address, your signup date and your consent choice in its own website content management system. We use these details to send you news and events from Black Flower Social.

We send a confirmation email before adding you to the confirmed subscriber list. You can unsubscribe through the link in that email. Unsubscribed addresses are excluded from subscriber exports.

Access and preferences

Subscriber records are accessible only to the authorised owner account. To ask about your information or request its removal, email hello@blackflowersocial.com.

Website storage

The site remembers your day or night mode preference in your browser. It uses no advertising trackers or visitor analytics. The admin area uses a login cookie. Short-lived, hashed rate-limit records help protect the signup form from automated abuse.

Where it is kept

The website runs on Cloudflare. Subscriber details are stored in Cloudflare’s database for this site, located in Western Europe, and confirmation emails are sent through Google Workspace. Addresses that are never confirmed receive no further email. We delete unconfirmed and unsubscribed addresses on request, and we review the subscriber list at least once a year.
